Q: Are you open to the public? I want to see what you have. 

 

A: We are closed to the public for the safety of our employees. But, we are now offering curbside and delivery! Delivery is $5 within 10 miles of the store and requires a $50 minimum purchase. 

 

Q: Can I pull up to the store, call, and order?

 

A: We kindly request that you refrain from doing this. We understand how hard it is to stay away. We miss you too. BUT, every morning when we come in we have to catch up on orders made while we were closed. Most orders have a one-hour wait time. We would hate to have you sitting out in the parking lot waiting for us so please email beforehand. 

Q: Do I need to call when I'm on my way?

A: You don't! Just pull up in front of the door that says 1014, and we will run out, ask your name, and go grab your order! 

Q: You said you had everything on my order. I didn't get some things. 

A: We totally understand how frustrating it can be to be missing part of your order. If we tell you we have something for your order we have it at the time you called. We have 30-40 orders at any given time so sometimes we do run out. We are working on a way to prevent things from running out and we are doing the best we can as a small business with minimum storage. 

 

Q: Can I call you if I have a small question?

 

A: Sure, we’d love to hear from you! But, if you have access to email and the question is simple an email is much better! 

 

Q: Can I place an order over the phone? 

 

A: In some circumstances, yes. It’s important to keep our phone lines mostly clear as we are collecting payment most of the day. If you do not have access to email we are happy to help you over the phone.
